Взялась за своё питание. Не могла побороть тягу к сладкому, хотя хром пила, но потом ещё раз вчиталась у Ланы в канале и стала пить по 2 таблетки перед едой и о чудо - спокойно хожу мимо кафешек со сладким! Очень надеюсь, что не будет хотеться сладкого и дальше.
