PureLean® Fiber provides a blend of insoluble and soluble fibers to supportsatiety, healthy glycemic response, and regularity.

Each serving of PureLean® Fiber provides a minimum of 6 grams fiber,typically providing 3.5 grams soluble fiber from glucomannan, guar gum, apple pectin and prune fiber and 3 grams insoluble fiber fromrice bran, cellulose and flaxseed. Soluble fiber helps slow the rate ofdigestion, promoting satiety, digestive health, nutrient absorption andhealthy glycemic control. It enhances satiety by absorbing water andadding bulk in the digestive tract. Research has revealed that the highmolecular weight and viscosity of glucomannan is particularly supportive.

In an 8-week double blind trial, glucomannan provided statisticallysignificant support for weight management in volunteers. Severalrandomized controlled trials indicate that glucomannan supports healthylipid metabolism and promotes healthy glycemic control. Studies withglucomannan, Sunfiber® partially hydrolyzed guar gum, flaxseed and ricebran indicate that these soluble and insoluble fibers promote abdominalcomfort, GI motility and bowel regularity while being well-tolerated.

Suggested Adult Use: 1-3 servings per day, mixed with a beverage. Adequate water intake is recommended.

This encapsulated product contains no hidden coatings, excipients, binders, fillers, shellacs, artificial colors or fragrance. Contains no dairy, wheat, yeast, gluten, corn, sugar, starch, preservatives or hydrogenated oils.

Warning: Fibers in this formula could cause gastrointestinal discomfort, including bloating, flatulence, abdominal pain or diarrhea. Additionally, when consumed without adequate fluids, it can cause GI obstruction. It is recommended to begin taking small amounts with adequate fluids and increase daily fiber intake slowly over time. If pregnant or lactating, consult your physician before taking this product. Fibers in this formula could alter the absorption of some medications. Concurrent administration is not recommended. Individuals on antidiabetes medications may require blood glucose monitoring. Flaxseed may be contra-indicated with certain blood thinning medications. Consult your physician for more information. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place.
