What’s Measured:

• Toxic elements: aluminum, antimony, arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury, platinum group elements, uranium, etc.
• Essential nutrient elements: calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, zinc, selenium, chromium, copper, manganese, etc.

Highlights:

• Hair grows ~1–2 cm per month; it incorporates elements permanently, reflecting long‑term metabolic and exposure history. Toxic metals may concentrate in hair 200–300× more than in blood or urine.
